But without cross-tag retalling, then Team server is actually different from alliance server. We need Team Server to be the place where crappy alliances that couldn't make it on the alliance server can be bullies and do cross-tag retals.

If the only way you can succeed is through a sheer numbers advantage, and you lack that numbers advantage on the alliance server and fail, then you go to team server and form a 2 or 3 tag team so that you can bully around the people who actually follow the rules and don't have alliances that have more than 5 countries.

If you had told me that you were doing preemptive retals, I would have refrained from farming you during the kill run in order to prove you wrong.
