Elders is in a post war scenario... just looking to kill some stuff basically with any sort of justification. So... when you grabbed one of our countries it wasn't a hard decision to kill your country.

Restarts shouldnt be grabbing other clans. Also, our reasons for the kill are clearly stated in our retal policy
