So why are there like 5 RD tags, 2 Rage tags, and multipal tags of other clans? and some of which Cross Retal?

rage (wrath) tags don't cross retal, they act as seperate tags. Also they are not technically "rage" tags. They are wrath tags.

Wrath tags up under many different names, this set it was rage in dedication to rage ending in alliance.

i believe next sets tags will be highly comical in nature and not associated with rage

I was farmed by Rage2, hit Rage1 a few times, the guy in Rage1 i hit started killing me, Rage2 joined in (which is cross retalling) and the fagots in RD killed me off

im sure he will claim that the hits he made on the rage2 country were unrelated to the hits rage1 made on him, effectively pretending he wasnt cross tag retalling them but everyone knows he wouldnt have hit the rage2 country if rage1 hadnt hit him first.
