Id say above 40mil NW to get into top10. Perhaps as low as 37mil if quality is a bit worse than I think it is.

To get top5 youll probably need at least 45mil I would guess.

I think the t10 is looking as strong as any other reset. But I see you're point, there will be a steeper than normal drop off. It just will be somewhere beyond the t10.

I think ViLSE is pretty close with his predictions. I'd say at least 45 mil for t5, but I bet more like 50 mil. And 35-36 mil for t10, because he is overestimating the quality.

Then again, I know nothing :-)
