mehul's limited was even more dead, april 2009 it had 227 countries (~200 oop and ~50 actively played) and set before that had 336 countries and market was even more dead than team's market is currently.

Remove C. He asked to blocked from the game so he could focus on other things. His own decision.

This weekend he asked me if we could start a business making water in drought stricken parts of africa by burning an endless supply of hydrogen filled blimps to make water vapor . . . just because B asks for something does not mean we have to indulge him.

I know he asked to be banned, but granting his wish was a chickenfluff way of turning our back on a vulnerable friend who sometimes needs our support just because it was the easy way out of the occasional mod complaint. So I won't be alleviating the shame of your cowardice by removing C.
