keeping your team together after a rocky start has always been one of the biggest hurdles on this server.

Only warring with one opposing team is the biggest problem on this server.

1. Get 10 people
2. Make two team captains
3. Have team captains select from pool of players (alternating - draft style)
4. Have the two teams war each other.
5. Rinse, repeat each set.

Result: With each passing set better players will be selected first and teams will be more balanced and evenly challenged.

i know black hole wasnt always the coolest to deal with but i promise i want to be open about our fight this set and play fair if i can gain new members along the way of this set or more im open to telling you guys our numbers but for the sake of the game and playability in the community can we agree to be even whatever the numbers are? like if we rally mid set and gain new people if im open to telling you then we match instead of molly whopping from the gate not saying let us win but if by some miracle i rally an equalish force i have the promise of excessive members interferng? i want it to be fun for everyone but i also dont want to make it so confined its boring what is etiquette here ya know im green to leadership so rather than piss everyone off whatr is my best route to having fun but being competetive and not just overwhelmed for clout?
