As a commie starting off extra turns or using it on expenses? Should someone make expenses a priority with a communist government or gain extra turns and later on indie booms?

Expense bonus is useful if are running a spy heavy country in a 2 month server (FFA/1a).

I prefer using it for indy booms. A single boom triples my output, so x6. That seems the same as 12 extra turns, however with indy booms you're spending 1/3 of the cash and food stores to get the same amount of production.

My "take"- Turns first few days, then BOOMS! (Stocking up 3-4 boom blocks at once 18-24=72-92 turns of commie'in. )

i usually spend one turn on building bonus useful for a lot of the game

building costs are good in team/alliance server who land trade, or if you are planning a huge building conversion later in the game at a large size
