Farmers must be pleased. On the other hand, tech is very cheap. My guess is too much Indy and techers due to their success last set.

Demo farmer is great and rep and dict farmer also works for exploring and grabbing respectively.

Grabbing is bad. So bad it is cost inneficient. I get in top acres by mass exploring and I don't need to worry about buying oil, replacing military and expecting a retaliation that should pass if the will to make it is there. Bottom feeding gives only a few acres for the ressource spent...

Btw I play some sort of demo farmer lol. But I would only recommend facist or rep as other viable option for net gaining.
