I am dedicated farmer and it seems pretty obvious that only commies and cashers ever win around here. Is there a realistic shot for a farmer to win game A, or am I deluding myself?

I just won game c as a farmer

Game C finished with a final NW of 12,786,669. That doesn't even come close to top 10 in Tourney Game A, where 10th finished at 16,917,728.

Techers have a fair shot (depending on prices), Cashers are obviously very strong, Indies are good (if there are too many cashers).

I've gotten top 10's in B and C with farmers a couple of times. Thats pretty easy if you can avoid the battle ragers. I can probably get a top 10 in A with a farmer as well, but no chance of a win unless the market was very favorable.

Going to try it with an anti-corruption fascist this set, but I don't think 30d @ 2t/h is enough time for it to work.

I noticed the top 10 NW's are significantly different in C than A. Is there any difference in the way the groups work or is it just related to player skill?

The # of turns and the game play is identical and the market is shared across all game levels. The only difference is the # of countries which you can grab and player skill.

The better players in game B and C get promoted to game A, so that's why game A has way higher scores. Occasionally a real pro will be down in games B or C and put up a big score down there as well though.

anti-corruption is something to spend your bonus points on, so you can carry over $2b cash without losing any.
