First off even if you're late i think you'll get the turns won't you? That's why you don't start with 100 turns and instead start with 0, so late starters aren't behind

Secondly when you first begin you get placed in game B/C and how you finish there is meaningless, you just need to finish in the top 20 out of like 80. you can do that starting two weeks late.

ya, I just mindlessly spend my turns in game C and easily finished 7th and probably lost a couple days worth of turns just because I was too lazy to login. You'll be fine serp.

humanitarians are 1/8 size, but gdi is mandatory. GDI wouldn't let me attack someone just under half my size. So WTF?

If someone is less than half your size or more than twice your size, you can declare war on them to attack them.

Remember that declaring on a country has a minimum of 48 hours declaration time.
