What happens with the restart?

They restart in bottom levels? Or they restart in game A?

pretty sure you restart in same game, but if you can't get that restart into the top half you are back into C/B

I think you restart in the same game as long as you keep the same country name as the game mandates. I think you also have the option of using a new country name and being randomly placed in B or C.

News doesn't show that he was killed so I presume he self deleted, in which case I can't imagine anything other than starting in B/C. The mystery continues!
