and my military tech is at 95%. Is it something new in tournament ?

yea, can get to 39 now as a maxed demo..

military tech now has the opposite effect of private market sales. instead of lowering the sale prices it raises it, but still lowers buy prices. military bases will negate the mil tech on sales though and lower them. it will work on any server that has been reset in the last 3 weeks. tourney, ffa, express, and team all have it. alliance will be active when the server resets. not sure if its workin in primary yet.

like snawdog said a demo with max miltech will be able to sell for 39, all other govt's is 38
