Sucks to run the math to finish out the set and realize that with two days to go, the best you can get is second......

Assuming not one other country in A gains an additional single point of net worth.

So if I had 100 extra turns over the field, I still couldn't win.

Sigh, Cashing sucks.

i got greedy and kept grabbing when i should have just been teching on 14k. :-/

I'm having a pretty beast round as an indy but I already know I can't beat Titanic Sinks Again, who made his big jump a day or two ago.

neve know you might beat me :) I was hoping to get more land to help the reselling. So I declared war on a 2.5m networth country but now I see I can't hit it.

That's what I get for not reading the different rules for different servers.

I can't fathom how, but somehow I finished in the top 10 for the 5th set in a row.

Cashing sucks. I should tech so I could actually win.

At some point I'll get to do a good old fashion suicide when the top 10 is out of reach.
