Is this a test ? Turns take too long to get in Tournament, and that's why I don't like to waste them beating down people, here. I hit and run and build my rainbow and say taste the rainbow. Most the good player's don't talk trash and leave them selves open to a whooping. They rebuild move on and then hit back. They don't send message about what they Think can do.

there is no GDI protection in tournament from special attacks / ops, only from someone 2x your NW but declare war bypasses that.

Oh, GS have a small effect dud to pop-penalty but not in that pitiful amount. Youd have been better either ABing or BRing. In those sorts of numbers you cant do much damage.

Spy ops - burn food, bomb banks are all useless.

Much better to use bio terrorism a couple of times or if you are ABing, then bomb structures to maximise damage.
