Theo techer or Rep/Fascism Farmer are your best bets to switch from, techer because of its obscene income/acre and Farmers because of their great ability to generate almost the same income while building CS for switching as if they would have cashed, unlike cashers who take a ~20% cut to their income if they build CS to make their switch go faster.
It's a mistake to switch reseller without stock, you need some. Bare minimum should be the construction costs plus pm buy out costs which would be around $80k/acre. So on 10k acres you'd want a stock of $1150m cash worth at the very least, plus a maxed or almost maxed mil tech.
