Trust me, Ali has it right. There was a lot of internal fighting in Omega over the landtrading, some meddling IA suggested the discussion be resolved (and the fighting stopped) by emailing Mehul and asking him straight up if it violated the rules or not. Surprise surprise, he actually read the email and responded...
