lol, i just spied on a guy and he had half as many spies as i did. so i went to spy on alliances and failed. over and over. and i kept trying because i knew i had way more spies, and i failed 10-12 times in a row and lost 60-75,000 spies and then i finally succeeded and it turned out i had put the wrong country number in there. welp thats my story

It is our job to watch for cheating such as people playing from the same homes/computers etc. The old spirit of the rules no longer exist. It is not our jobs to monitor every single country for putting others in DR.

I've already brought up DR a dozen times, I even played a country one set with 0 def just to expose the DR problem, and ended up as one of the top 5 tyrannies on oldman's list.

This in particular is beyond just DR being messed up in Express (on others it's not so bad, because a string of GS doesn't protect you for 1/4 the round), where guys can hit without fear of retal. This is two players working together and both need to be purple...
