Twice this week I've encountered a bug where after hitting a GDI country and then declaring peace instead of ending the war it kicks me out to the server portal. Once I go back in to the game and try to declare peace again it works, so it might only happen when clicking declare peace on a war room page that is showing results from an attack?

Possibly your ee cookie expired.

Are you sure you did those sequences without a large gap of time?

But a 500 error would do the same. So in sure Slag could see that in error log.

Definitely sure not a huge time passed.
Log in-> go to war room to get the number of my current target, seeing i can declare peace -> check op-> throw a couple SSes and click declare peace -> get kicked to the server portal -> back to alliance -> back to war room ->actually declare peace.
like 3-4 minutes total

Yeah that sounds like a 500 error. Fatal errors typically have behavior like that.

It sounds like the variable which identifies the country you want to declare peace with gets reset (replaced with NULL) after you SS/PS.

Many times there are hidden inputs which have these values and likely after you attack this hidden value is likely not getting the value carried over. So when you declare peace you’re telling the database to declare peace with null.

This is pretty reproducible and I can confirm happens regularly.

I haven't had a chance to investigate this yet. Does this happen on all servers with standard GDI?

I can only say it happens on FFA but I've noticed it only happens after a turn event is still on the screen. Can't declare peace after an attack but if you leave war room and return without that news, it works fine.

I've noticed it on 1a. I'm not sure I declare war / peace too frequently on the other servers.
