This seems logical... would anyone be against this occurring in Alliance? It seems logical that restarts in an alliance at war would also need oil, why force them to buy it off the public market if food can be FAed? Shouldn't food and oil be discriminated against equally in FA packages?

is oil really that big of a deal for a restart? when you restart u get tons of mili and need food to hit what 1-5k? thats nothing for oil. fun part of being a restart is working for it, you get food support your pop and troops and cash for the rest.

I've been an advocate of FAing oil until the latest changes where liquidating oil somehow creates pm military units.
Oil should be lootable too (if it isn't already?)

Furthermore, I stand by my idea that there should also be a market for missiles alongside a possible buff to the SDI %. :)
