:D Whats a guy have to do to get into a leadership positiona round here with a major alliance.

what you have to join is join the alliance as a member and show them from within that you are a good person for a job.

At Elysium you would get Div. Leader position if you bring own members and even if you want own color for your team and its members.

Elysium is netting Alliance mostly but we can war too if needed.

Patience: Yep, I'm with ELK and Marshal.

How can you make someone a leader without judging their leadership ability? Or allow them to just be a leader from day one? Wouldn't that be a bit... dangerous?

That's the issue. The first time there is something that you might not agree with, you could take your members and go, because you have that leverage. We promote those who are active and loyal to our alliance, it wouldn't be right of us to hand out a leadership position to someone who hasn't been in Collab and earned it.

I'm sure other alliances would balk at the issue of having your own separate site as well.
