Can you give everyone the ability to make anonymous "get help" posts? Users with accounts linked to the forum could also have the option to show their forum username. Even though I have "privacy settings enabled" on my linked account, my forum username is shown if I create a "Get Help" post.

I would like to add having an option not to show your military details, readiness %, and weapons tech % to this. I'd post my details for most servers if I could hide that stuff.
