I know we've had bumpy relations lately, but seriously?

Because our guy didn't ingame message you telling you he was retalling the hits YOU MADE on HIM, you consider them new landgrabs??

That isn't a "technicality" that somehow entitled you to RoR. It is childishness.

If you really got your feelings hurt that much by me wanting to downgrade from FDP to LDP, this is a stupid way to ameliorate relations.

Yes, PDM started the lging war and after speaking to mrford, I've placed you all on DNH, and I hope there will be reciprocity to keep this from escalating any further.

But seriously llaar? A new lg? Get real. Your RoRing will be retalled 2:1 for every hit as per normal escalating retals, and expire 72 hours after each of your hits.

You are owed 10 retals, and 1 has been taken already.

Any additional hits you make will also be considered RoRs.

I don't know about the brainwashing, but when this landtrading gets going back and forth, of course everyone is going to require a retal message or else they call it a landgrab and just get to retal it. You guys however will say "its definitely a retal" and will retal our retal which of course we'll say "they retaled our retal of thier landgrab that they says was a retal of our landgrab and it just goes on and on. Of course some of this is the fault of one of your guys who couldn't take being landgrabbed so took it out on 2 others he was able to grab and sent a message saying so.

I don't think they necessarily require it, but it's a standard procedure so the country being retalled doesn't RoR, which causes more issues and screws both countries up.

The country making the initial hit should clearly know that they will be retalled. So why would they assume it was just a normal landgrab, from the same tag even?

with the knowledge that llaar almost always plays as 'llaar'... clearly, a retal made on him, by the country he hit, would not appear as a retal unless a message was sent. llaar is a new player to the game and is unaware of the 72h retal standard or other such standards. as a low ranking member of na, he is also unaware of the pact terms na has with pdm also. so CLEARLY, pdm is at fault for not sending a completely unnecessary retal message.

I don't know why this is a "what is the generally accepted policy??" debate because the policy has always been pretty clear IMO...

I think the debate should just be whether NA is looking to change policy to something new or if they are just trying to push an issue on an unpacted alliance.

Someone else needs to get grabbed by NA, retal and not send a note to see what happens! :p

i know i am a little late in the talk and many of you guys havet seen me for about a year as a ex retal and fa officer it is normaly at the very least polite to send a msg to the person, some people make alot of hits and lose track of hits.
i dont know the details and i am not gonna look them up but both sides here are wrong llaar of all people should realise a retal when he sees it since he has been around so long. (yes i called you old llaar :D) and you should have sent some form of msg even if it was only fa to fa about the hits since you guys had a fdp all your guy had to do was say the terms of our pact states this retal policy for your hits on me then you would have been free and clear in my books.
