no. It doesnt exist but i believe if u go over 2bil you lose 1% a turn in decay.

It makes it tremendously easier for destocking, but it's still unwise to run turns while over 2B due to the decay.

no 2b bug/limit on anywhere (besides that decay after reached 2b and running turns) so you can put 2b bushels etc on market on 1 batch.
