i dunno, i believe that it's possible to deduce that i'm talking about it's use in the US from the first post of this thread. seems that i mentioned something about the US there...

i suppose it could be construed that i'm talking about any country where it's use is illegal and there are a bunch of people using it illegally who are lobbying for it to become legalized.
