Ok, it's one thing to be tinkering with code on a live server/database and not expect things to go wrong..

..it's another thing to (a) re-instate countries that got killed legitimately and (b) re-instate countries with $2b and 3.5m civs..

I'm looking at a techer that is currently cashing $28m per turn. LOL!

At least it's going to make killing interesting - maybe we should rename Alliance the 'Test Server' qz?

PS. Don't get the wrong impression - that was seriously emjoyable killing off 3.5m civs!

Better get walling NA. Even with pop advantage, you still die.

Country advantage still > civ advantage


Civs die at a pretty pre-prescribed rate....don't really matter if you have 3 bajillion, or 50,000, a kill's still gonna take 200-300 hits or so.

heh i tested it out on alphaffa... attacking & the whole bit; but apparently something about CM's was definitely causing brokenness...

it was supposed to be just a change in the way things were processed, not a change in the actual implementation of anything.... I'll figure out what happened sometime soon, for now we're on the original code
