Not sure "cowardice" is the right word, but it's a fluffty thing to do, since the only purpose is to try to skew the stats to make it look like they're doing better than they are.

Your spin technique needs some work. Nobody in IMP has fluffed about anything. TKO is the alliance plastering their whine all over FFAT, including this thread.

maybe you shouldnt kill countries in a netting tag two sets in a row, if you cant take that clan at war to back it up.

Ps. if you had strat trainers helping with your country build you wouldnt have been half our NW. I have yet to see a impressive IMP country build.

I'm impressed with the results? Hardly. The only thing I'm happy about is the fact IMP FSed us. Truth be told I'd rather you guys fought valiantly and lost than the embarrassment that is currently going on.

I'm curious to see where this is going. I'm about to travel out of the country a bit so I certainly won't be around next set and probably for the tail-end of this one. But if you two don't figure something out I don't see how the future of TKO as a netting clan will continue.

Thing is EViL, TKO are not the aggressors here. The past 2 resets IMP let their pride cause them to do rash dishonorable and disrespectful things towards TKO and as result of that we have the war we are in today.

About a month ago Primeval attempted to apologize to me for the killing of my country. I did not respond because apologies mean nothing to me if you do not plan on changing how you act in the future, which he obviously did not. If he is a truly a man of his word then what happens at the end of this current reset's war will prove that.

I will say this

IMP country building is unimpresive, but to cut them some slack,they had to deal with a few suiciders early on the game, and suiciders do take a tool on your countries, regardless of the amount of damage done (spending 80 turns killing a country early on the game has greater effects than using 200 turns when your country is pretty much build up).

IMP detagging countries is lame, we can all agree on that, but I would say they had the disadvantage from the start

Early Suiciders + Less Countries = Denied FS advantage, or at least reduced.

Don't take me wrong, TKO was likely to win this one, regardless, but we have to look at the whole picture before saying anything.

Tko had 16 country hit us too, but not where near as much damage as imp

de1i - My apology for the killing of your country (specifically) still stands. Mostly because I was told this is the second time that this has happened to you in EE. But for one to say it was completely unwarranted or deserved is incorrect - However I am not here to debate that issue.

Chaoswind - Thanks for adding some common sense to this thread. I was hoping it wouldn't take multiple pages before someone did that.

Prim, you know as a clan we couldnt let you guys do what you did for a couple sets. Hopefully when this is done we can talk this out and work a way to move past this in the relationship between our two clans. We know we wont ever see eye to eye, but can work past this.

The country builds have been pretty poor by IMP TBH and was a major reason in why we have taken the lead in this. Country advantage and suprising activity hasnt hurt either.

Primeval, yes it was the second time but I can honestly only blame you for the most recent. The first time it happened (and ironically enough due to actions by KC) was when I was in "KA." While I personally didn't really have it coming, my decision to be in an alliance where I knew the leaders were hotheads I pretty much had it coming.

The following reset is when IMP killed Slagpit's country in TKO, while I won't go into the details of what I believed happened (I was inactive this reset) I will say from what I do know that I do not agree with how you guys handled it.

Last reset's action (my first reset in TKO) I do feel were unwarranted. I was online when it happened both diez 'FSing' you and my death as a result of it (doh). I understand that you guys were upset but diez meant no disrespect and was willing to pay reps on his own accord and possible delete if it came down to it. Warster who had been dealing with it was not happy with diez about it either, but rather than wait an hour or two to come online so a resolution that both parties could be happy about I was killed... With he end result ended up being the war we are in right now.

While I understand that pride causes men to do a lot of rash things, I do not respect the decisions IMP have made that lead to this. I am however glad we have this war this reset and hope that after which we both can come to an amicable resolution afterwards.
