not a bug, its a user error.

Agreed, it's user error, but why not disallow it.
I'll admit, I was the user. Forgot to put in the country # the first time, and hit send too quickly the 2nd time.

Haha. I did that before in FFA.

Leave it in. Users fault, if u start taking out things like this, u might aswell have the game play itself :P

user errors are big factor on this game (although recall goods removed selling goods too low-error).
