obviously for me this is just an issue of convenience but it's also good for newer players since most of them won't have a clue that eestats exists and will have no idea how to calculate tech %'s

the previous one was asking for the attacker's own weapons and milstrat % on the war room.

this one is asking for the target's % on spy ops.

Oh, I guess I'm an idiot, haha. I thought it was asking about this. For the record, I think showing opponent tech % in spyops is a good idea, the other thing I cared so little about I assumed that's what it meant.
