Well I am getting skyrim and mass effect 3 (could careless about anything else), but I wonder if I have enough to run them.

I got 8 gb of RaM ddr 3
3.0 dual core of Intel
1 gb nvidia 9500 GT
And a silly 120 gb hard drive (the other 2 ones died and I have yet to buy replacements) filled with manga and animu 67 gigs total of with 45gigs are pornographic...

I am going to buy a hard drive next month, but I wonder if I should go for an internal one or external one.

Oh and sorry, I borrowed a phone and this fluff sucks balls...

Not to mention I am in and underground parking lot waiting for someone (enter stalker joke) and I am bored as fluff.

Braden, I've never played an Elder Scrolls game prior to Skyrim and am enjoying it very much. The story is self contained and requires no knowledge of the other games. I've noticed references to stuff that probably happened in the other games, and found it fun trying to piece together what happened =)

With Dual Core cpu they mean Core/Core2 cpu or AMD equivalent.

I hated oblivion and played it for 2 hours. I dont know why i hated it, i just did, i think it was because i just preferred wow at the time and didnt give it a shot.

Skyrim however is amazing and wonderful. As a newbie in the Elderscrolls world, i have had no problem learing and playing the game. And its not very difficult either, more of an enjoy the sandbox and do whatever you want kind of game. Very good

what is your power supply? and i', assuming you got a 64 bit windows 7 or vista? and which dual core 3.0ghz is that? if its a core i3, then you only have to upgrade your graphics card (assuming you got a decent power supply)

i have been planning on getting uncharted three for a while now, and have been entertaining the idea of skyrim as i've been told good things by people i work with but they couldn't really answer my question, having played them all before.

If you don't know the backstory of the previous prequels to Skyrim, it is fine. Skyrim is still a self-contained game.

If you really wanted to get into it, you could easily google/wiki out the storylines for the prequel games and get some backstory setting to better enjoy the game - That's if you have no intention of buying/playing the previous prequels.

Steam had a sale for the prequels just 1 or 2 days ago, 75% off, maybe you missed it.

Uncharted 3 is 10 hours long..... rent it.

Skyrim is 100 hours long.

kkk might need to upgrade processor and graphic card and maybe motherboard if it doesn't support core2-processors. better buy mobo which supports corei5/7-processors and new graphic card, memories should be compatible with new mobo.

Got skyrim and made an argonian (the reptile people) because I figured not a whole lot of people are interested in that race :)

I am a one handed lizard warrior that pwns weak enemies on close combat and turn strong enemies into idiots by killing them from far away :)

Also correct me if I am wrong, but I think that for a pure warrior as myself the only useful magic is enchantments

I don't even use magic... my Orc 2h Warrior beast Werewolf owns everybody and their mamma's...

Enchantments are to give magical attributes to weapons and armor.

I got a flame (fine) silver sword and a frost (fine) silver sword.

In combat I use my shield on 1
Healing on 2
Frost sword on 3 (when it gets close and personal)
Bow on 4

And I am owning so bad :)

Then again I am playing in adept :)

Update a silly female thief tried to mug me when I was running on the plains at night, her armor gave me a nice sum :)

Dual weapons aren't as awesome as I thought, so it was probably a waste :/

Heavy armors are a fluffing pain to explore dungeons as more than half of my weigh limit is taken by my armor, the good side is that I am a tank for normal damage (magic can kick my ass sometimes).

Breathing underwater is cool :)

I became a werewolf, with was probably a huge mistake because I had 50% anti disease as an argonian.

Enchantments are working nice for me.

oh and giants are scary!!!! I was trying to sneak on one of them, when a dragon attacked me, suffice to say, the dragon and the giant fought and the giant won easily :o

Easiest Dragon soul ever, but I will never fight a giant with my silly melee warrior.

Not really, although to be honest I decided to it would be nice to try and land it upside down in what I guess was close to ending of the mission during the only time I played it :P

I did play RoM, but that was mostly to impress our current prez and try to get into his bed. When it failed, there really was no reason to continue playing it.

Played one of them free superhero mmos too. I pretty much hated it from the first second due to the graphical style, and it didn't last more than 2 hours or so when I concluded that I hated the story line, character improvements etc. aswell.

arcuz 1 and 2 (hard as hell) and king island 1-3. both are flashgames.

So I got drunk and apparently raped someone, killed a giant and desecrated a temple :o

A Daedra loved me for it and is going to give me his blessing... :o

I wonder if anyone else got the same results than me; I am interested in the whole unlimited quest system, and the reason I am posting non main quest related content is to see if anyone is getting the same quests then me.

Oh yeah, I raided a temple (azura maybe?) stole a golden idol and then a spirit like monster one shooted me :/
