There is a top tier..... and then 1 alliance, then a second tier.

It changes from reset to reset, based on numbers politics, etc....but those are your top 5 alliances in the game right now. Then there's a major seperation. Everyone else either lacks in quality, size, netting, warring,

LCN- one can make the case they are top tier. They ahve the size, netting ability, and are great in some war situations, but have a hard time holding out when really under the gun.

After that you have some quality alliances that lack in size,
Omega- though numbesrs are way down this reset, so should be a the bottom of this tier 16 members won't cut it.
Rival- probably ranked 7th right now in my book. (Rival at 40+ maybe top tier)
PDM- growing, but lacking in some of the skill of others above them
Collab-
Monsters-

Then you have the rest,
TIE- I think they have a shot to move up based on their war improvements last reset. They need to show continued improved across the baord netting skills too...Being larger than some of the alliances above them definately helps.

I don't disagree with that assessment of tie. Our anw when netting has been ~60m NW. Would like to see that go up a lot.
