That page, among others, has something called a cascading setting, which only allows certain ppl to edit them. Not just anyone with a forum account can do it.

yes I logged in with my forums account.

a strange thing: if I click on the turrets page specifically, I can go to the edit screen, but I can't enter text into the text box..

hm, if i click edit on the Military units page, there is nothing there to edit, if I go into the turret page, it still says:

You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:
