I'd EM-->nuke-->chem to cause the most damage... the EM's are to just reduce the SDI if he kills a missile (EM's are worthless in my book).

The moral of the story, disarm missiles after farming. Missile retals aren't going to change the way some people have played the game for over a decade.

you have to add the number of turns required to disarm the missiles to the number of turns that it takes to attack to determine how many acres per turn you're actually reaping.

I did plenty blowing up his buildings too, his spal sux balls, lol, I think I had about 600 buildings blown, not sure cuz I also blew up buildings on the other bottom farmers :/
