so if i had weapons tech at 150% and 10 milliion jets..and i sent the 10 mil jets out its like sending 15 mil, correct?

if you're a dict, you'll be sending out 18.75m
if you're a rep, you'll be sending out 13.5m.
the rest of the govt, you'll be sending out 15m.

demo would be the same, i think it maxes out at 155% though... it isnt possible to hit the 150% mark with a theo.

wow.. ok, i was under the impression weapons went to 144 for non demo or theo, not 150. hmm.. was this changed, and i'm just eleven years behind?
