When grabbing another country, the defender's allies' troop and tank losses show up in the summary, but not turrets. Is this working as intended?

This happened to me as well on some of my hits this reset. Spied into his allies to make sure they had turrets and they had plenty.

Seen this more than a few times. Confirmed.

If you spied before and after, did the ally actually lose any turrets? (i.e. was it a display issue, or a functional issue)?

Happened to me on my big attack today, I can confirm that his ally did lose the turrets even though it didn't show in the attack report. Unless he sold off 200k turrets as a rep casher in the last day of the set within a few hours of my attack on his ally.

Still happening, both allies definitely had turrets and definitely dropped more combined NW than indicated in the summary:
