i find it hard to believe that LM did it myself but the evidence is pretty damning and his lack of rebuttal is suspect. has anyone even spoken to him since it went down?

because it still indicative of how low ee has sunk. I did say from the outset that this was the last straw. I was happily working around school etc to try and make paradigm a better place, and rebuild the war dept, but between douchey alliances declaring war for no actual reason, and the user list deletion, the hanlong and tc incident, the leaked logs from both sides etc etc, I just had enough and got tired of it.

well, IMO it's not that huge of a deal in the grand scheme of things. it's something PDM will look back on as a crappy event, just like I will, but it's not earthshaking assuming it was the PDM member who did it and not a burglar from another clan, some kind of localized hacking, or the work of an apparition. no one has admitted to anything and I've gone as far as I can go without making your webcams feed into EE (aka Patron), so I'm just leaving it as an unknown.

if this pushed you over the edge, Drow, then that's definitely fair. but the damage caused is relatively minimal because of what we were able to recover and as someone who has visibility into the internal workings of PDM, it's lead to some folks really stepping and doing a great job -- and that, IMO, is a great byproduct for the alliance. challenges like this show you who is willing to step up for the alliance and help make things right (or better).

I havn't played for awhile actually :P They got nerfed though? Definitely doesn't give me any desire to come back. Hunters were never once the top class for arena style PvP when I played anyways i guess but bleh :/

I haven't played since the first expansion pack but Mages weren't the best in PVP either. Don't get me wrong I could WTF kill someone or snipe people quite well but if anyone got near me it only took like 2 hits to WTF kill me.

mages ( i think fire in particular) rape face in pvp in MoP. pallis also got powered up again too. hunters got nerfed to the shihouse. shad priests are also pretty damn awesome, due to being able to heal in shadow form now.
