According to the spy op Help text it does!

Raid Food Stores, Bomb Banks, and Espionage also capture portions of their respective goods.

Does this only steal oil or does it destroy oil rigs as well?

This set is weird, there is so many little rainbows and little countries. The market prices are falling to fast it seems. Tech has crashed so bad lol and bushels have dropped down to 41 already, with a one week spike. Military prices are still decent for some of the bigger producers. But will fall down to low 100s soon. Wait why am I complaining I'm a cashier lol.

Yeah, my stocking as a techer pretty much didn't happen at this point, at all.. Everything I made went into military to protect the land I grabbed, which still wasn't enough to ward off some grabs from the top guys on me this set.

I am considering just going reseller if military prices improve just to practice the whole private market deal. I never really used the private market before except to sell stuff in an emergency cash situation or at the very start..

What about going PCI boom for a theo cashier compared to expense? I have wondered this the entire set. The reasons behind the boom is the already -20% to military cost and the huge killer of a theo cashier is the food consuption. So that boom really helps out there. Im sure expenses would still in the end make more of a profit then the PCI boom, but having the boom also helps with the huge surge of cash to keep your tech levels at a very high percentage all set. Rep I could see the expense as best option, but for theo all in all I still lean to the PCI boom.

does Theo actually have a -20% expense bonus, or just a -20% private market? if it's the former, I never noticed. But anyway, i think booms would work well for a theo either way.

Im not sure Blid I thought it went down in the expense cost as your military is 20% cheaper, so expenses would be down 20% in upkeep. I would really like somone to come confirm this for myself.

Theo -20% is only for private market prices, not for your expenses. Go for booms at this point of time, a simple calculation will show you booms are worth much more than expense bonus right now in the game.

Probably because there are significantly less wars among the top countries and less topfeeders this set. A lot less double tapping as well I think, coupled with the lower oil and lower food prices.

Last two sets was better for casher. Tech was decent, bushel was around $39-$41 and military was like below $100. Not to mention there is not so many big casher around. ^^

It is a challenge to hit over 150m NW imo.

Two sets ago was the best one, where you slept through the finish. This set did have cheaper tech than last one though. And, food is high now, but I still expect casher to be king.
