So, reached 20k+ farms, my AG tech is 226% (room for upgrade) and im wondering if i should keep grabbing and growing or what?

All advices are appreciated, thank you!

i probably wouldn't grab anymore, but if you do, it should only be for maybe 1 or 2 more days. what i would do is keep selling food as much as possible before the price crashes. invest the money to get your ag tech up to at least 700k tech points. you want to work on bus/res tech as well, but more important is getting military tech. eventually, youll have $2b on hand and need to stock food nad youre gonna want to be able to sell at $35 if you're with it at the end, and you're gonna want cheap prices to destock with on the private probably as well since public prices will be up on the last couple days.

You should be safe now since attacks are dying off. I'm not sure there's really much you can do to stop guys from attacking you if they want to, though. Even if you had 25m turrets you might still get grabbed. The best way to avoid it is to either not have enough land for them to bother with, or to keep pace with them enough so they'll be afraid to hit you.

Let me rephrase that question. At about what amount of turrets does it become more costly to land grab my 30k acres than what you would get on the returns.

Lets assume they are already roughly at 45k+ acres of land, and the returns are about 1000 acres (2000 Ghost Acres). Assuming no stock, so money/food/tech gained is not important.

Currently with my ~11mil turrets, when I get grabbed from these guys they lose around 1.1 million jets for the gains mentioned above.

I am curious to know how much do I have to make them lose in the attacks so that the smart ones at least maybe decide not to grab me based on a cost/benefit perspective.

When I got 138m with a Rep casher, I reached 65k land on the 19th. Republic Casher hit that on the 16th. Just based on that alone wouldn't you think three extra days can make up 12m networth?

Its a tough call Blid, if food drops to 37-39 within 24 hours then I could see it. Right now I bet we are looking at 140m cashiers. That rep cashier might hit a little higher.

I think Old war machine there who stopped grabbing on day 38 and started stocking and exploring will make a very high commie.

I really have no idea what order the commies will finish in. I'd probably lean toward Kinetic as the top commie though. Gotta say I think the four top ones will all make 120m and most of them 130m though. Still not good enough to beat the cashiers, at least a couple of whom will be over 140m.

I still haven't properly calculated my stockpile and destock. Seem to not have any time these days. You guys are getting me excited with your high estimates though. I'll have to try to look at it.

higher military prices? cheaper oil? Lower food prices during stocking??? It still boggles my mind those 150ish million net finishes.

Maybe afaik can shed some light on the difference as he will be able to reference his current country vs one of those huge indies from then.

Average turret price for afaik's "viva la revolucion" round was 148, according to eestats. Highest military price set ever. We're averaging 122 right now this set but that will probably come up a bit. However, when bakku set the record, the average price was only 129, and I don't think we'll be too many dollars off from there.

One thing those two sets had in common is VERY low oil prices though, and if you look at the country histories you'll see the winners did tons of standard strikes. This allowed afaik to get to 61.6k land on the 5th. That's 5 days sooner than Serp got there this round.

even if none of the commies sell again this round, there's only enough production left (turns) to hit 135-140m, and I think most will need to make more sales to get there. if anyone hits 150m it'll be a casher this set IMO.

the faster landgain is what worked on my 150m set. as blid pointed out, i was basically landgaining for a month then stocking/destocking for a month.. so land and tech goals reached very early. i had a huge stock.

tech wasn't cheap but mil prices were good too so it balanced, and because i stocked so much I could play the last 15 days or so destocking (just selling off techs and bushels as I destocked, not selling mil)... 15 days production on 60k indies.

My 149m commie started jumping around this time with 2b and 50-60m food. Started around 56m net and 68k land, so if any of the commies have around those stats and don't hit 150m they screwed up.
