Not sure if this thread is heading in this direction, but we once analyzed 100k missile results and found the results to be as expected. The data was even available to the public!

One thing to keep in mind is that we expect a uniform distribution across the whole game and not in a single country. One country is a tiny sample size.

I don't think it works that way. I think it's the lucky person that gets to win the lotto not the unlucky one.
