Yeah the one thing that sucks about bringing old tags back is the name has a history associated with it and even under new leadership ppl tend to remember past experiences associated with names. So maybe a New Clan is like having a fresh start..

All new clans will be farmed by everyone - except when LaF is the target of a thread, in which case LaF is universally derided as the one true farmer and source of all that is wrong with the game.

What's the point? The politics in the game are ruining it. You'll be either killed/farmed or dragged into some bs coalition war to boost the ego of some egotistical alliance leader.

Getting underneath the protection of some egotistical, alliance leader, is exactly the way to build a new allaince in this evironment. They know that for 4-6 sets you're going to come in and help, and improve as a fighting allaince. Over time you get pacts and can net, but can still develop netting skills on other servers.

That's exactly the route I'd go. I'd put together 20 people, find a big bully ally ad smash whoever they asked mt to smash for the first year.

If you can do that and grow, its abofluffely possible to build a new allaince on this server.

Most people just don't have the 4-5 core volunteers with the great skill sets willing to put in 6-8 hrs a day it atkes, like all of us did back in high school and college.
