meh, it drove me nuts how the ruined the surprise if Stannis going north. I don't see why they needed to reveal that the way they did, it was so much better as a surprise.

yeah i agree! it was pretty awesome the way it was revealed in the books but this makes his whole appearance at the north unsurprising.
