142 wasn't deleted due to the fact he spy op'd 65 several hundreds (over statement) of times, including fails, and then hit once. I think he was just mixed in by accident, if that makes sense?

After giving thoughts to this, I have decided to restore 65, 4 , and 55. Due to the fact that yes this is considered coordination it was not really stated as a rule to part of the coordination clause.
From here on out, it will be considered coordination and the next time I will delete in the future. Not to worry, I will be posting it to the rules.

Thanks galleri, that's what I was hoping for.. having explicit rules for what counts as coordination and what doesn't.

Karim... Next time you want to quit, just self-delete. None of this giving your friends free land stuff... See what Herbs/Metgyl did earlier this reset - announced intention to quit, buy up MILLIONS of turrets and then self-delete.

I don't see how this is fair that both qwertyh and LATC got free land "because you are nice".

I am leaving today as i told you, and won't be coming back before the end of august.

Karim, the concern isn't about the "cheating". It is about a significant unfair advantage granted to 2 other players at no risk of retaliation.

If anything, you would have been retalling if you weren't going away on a trip, and they shouldn't have gotten free acres. The right thing to do is for qwertyh and LATC to drop the free acres, (or for galleri to drop the acres) after been reinstated.

I do agree with you Xin: if this wasn't to be done, then i should be deleted and the players that grabbed me should be reverted back to as they were before attacking me.

I'll let them do what they think is better for the game.

I do not think you cheated. Clearly you didn't. However, I think you coordinated, and that isn't allowed.

As a extreme example, harassing, or spamming other players, or advertising is against the rules, it is not allowed. You can get deleted for doing any of these things, but it isn't cheating.

Don't worry Karim you didn't cheat one bit. You quit after today anyhow. You simply offered it to us, and it was up to us to take the risk or not. I'm too chicken of being deleted, so I couldn't do it.

Xin, Dropping the land??. That'll be a tough sell to say the least. :-D

Basically my opinion is that being deleted is probably a bit overharsh, and reinstating them is fine.

But I think the free acres gained should be removed from the countries that gained them, otherwise I would view this as "they coordinated and got away with it because the rules were grey".

I'll also put it out there that I THINK galleri has no power to edit anyone's country (outside of the country name), I have never seen anyone's country ever get edited/reverted before, so the punishments available right now is either be deleted, or not be deleted, I believe some middle ground is needed.

oh btw, Karim, I think you should just drop your land down to 100 acre or something really low if you can't delete your country yet. The DR's gonna wear off and you know there'll be vultures out there camping for your land.

Also, I Retal With Spy Ops (#63) sent me a message telling me his break.

Now I don't know if this guy has been sending everyone that message, or if it has been a response to the new rule that "messaging people and telling them your break....is also a deletable offense." posted by galleri.

But I also noticed you just grabbed him directly before your "waste of time grabs that gained more land than my other grabs".

And the other guy doesnt have 0 D at all. He's just messing with Galleri. So I spied and LG'd him as he really was the best target at my 1/4 range.

He is not the only one. I had someone else that took the bait and then messaged me after seeing the forums. At this time due to the circumstances of someone just acting like a vaginal wash, I am not going to delete.
