I've got two def/intel allies and it says my expense is $0

Just got an op to take a retal and it said $0 Alliance/GDI expense too, but I got this:

509 Troops
1074 Tanks

technically allies on team cost nothing. an op will show what the expenses would normally be, but if you look at the saved op from inside your country it will show the actual costs (0).

Oh really? Yeah, I saw the saved op, couldn't find the original op I had

I'll have to fix that i guess

don't fix this! or else we have to get an ally op to see if the target has how many allies!

just think, on other servers if you get expense reduction through bonuses there's a similar effect ;)
