While initially the FACTS forum nicks and postings were entertaining, they have nothing to with the game and are simply cobgesting the forums and disrupting general discussion that has to do with the game itself. I find them annoying and not benefitical to the game and have seen on multiple occasions they just bump and spam on every forum board. I don't know what can be done about this but I feel it should somehow be addressed...

mARTIAN is head mod so up to him to do something if other mods (Gally, Warster, H4, etc) don't do anything and then admins.

yea but mods haven't acted yet (mARTIAN and Gallery said that cat facts is funny).

One of the upgrades I'm planning to put in the new forums is to make it so that non-mods can't post on a post that hasn't been posted on in over some period of time (say a year or half a year or something)

FACTS haven't topped old threads, they have made new or spammed existing threads (like Sof getting fa thread).

we do have the power to permaban accounts and delete all posts.
The individuals responsible have been warned.

However I don't see how cat facts/whatever would be off topic on roleplaying or general talk. The more direct game related forums you do have a point.

SLOTH FACTS was the one I saw grabbing the last post in every single forum

and still has last post in 2 sub-forums which should be spam free.

sloth facts is one of the more interesting posters on the forums. the loss of him would be felt by us all.
