many can give you info but 1st you need to ste what info you are after. we aren't mindreaders (luckily and unluckily).

yes you lose everything since in new set your country is new fresh country with 100 troops, 100 bushels, etc.

If it never reset you would never have a chance to win, this way everyone is on equal footing every 2 months, it's actually one of the best features of the game.

Well think of each reset as a new season, or a ladder reset.

If you are in GDI, then all you really need is Turrets and nothing else, provided you didn't attack anyone else more than once.
