I tried techs to buy some of my countries but some couldn't buy even there were enuf goods at market under my requested price.

couldn't complete the purchase of Agricultural because there isn't enough on the market at the price you specified.
#xxx purchased xxx Agricultural for $xx,xxx,xxx. (twice)

asking price was 3.3k and tech price after others bought techs it was 3.2k. that has happened few times to me and in 2nd buy (page back etc) techs get bought.

okay, you're going to have to explain this in more detail; it sounds, to me, like the market is just working normally, and you're not taking into account that everything is processed individually....

1. using control panel buy things (techs) to multiple countries

2. each country attempts to buy same amount of each needed tech

3. request price is set higher (100 bucks or more depending how much techs are on sale at current price) than current price

4. quite often there's report/results saying that couldn't complete the purchase of xxx because there isn't enough on the market at the price you specified even after buy screen says price is same as it was before 1st attempt to buy

so its either display error (price in buy page not updated immediately after buyings) or no enough that big chunks of tech which i'm buying on sale for all involved countries to buy, only several smaller chunks and results is that some countries get their "order" filled on 1st buy and rest get it filled after 2nd or more buys. could be cp bugging too like it bugs in bonus-usage.

$20 difference between public and private markets. its buyin from my private every time. did i miss a game change?

nope im just a math retard. i didnt think the 6% sales tax would be that high a difference. nothing to see here

example: turrets @ priv 590, turrets @ public 560, if bought from public then after taxes (as non-commy) each tank would cost ~594 bucks.

P.S. Maximum price of turrets in PM is $210.
