He's been playing with us in LoC. He's been battling cancer for quite some time now. Well earlier today he suffered a stroke and was admitted to hospital. It doesn't look good

bomber here, just spoke with dans wife last night, he is going to have a feeding tube put in today as hes pretty much totally paralysed now from the stroke and cant eat, talk, or walk. shes hoping they can move him to a hospital closer to home as she has no income to speak of now other then her disability..

I am pondering setting up an account for her. a gas account at a station in her home town, if anyone shows interest in dontating 5 dollars to it I will do so and post the info here. if not I will just do it alone..

Don't know him, but he's joining a long list of decent people who have played in this community and will be prayed for by many. I hopw that he has a speedy recovery and is able to overcome that cancer.

Update on Dan...

They moved him to a hospice which is now a 5 hour drive for his wife and daughter to go see him. He's really not much better, the one day he was moving his foot a bit and he has the feeding tube into his stomach now.

You mean bomber? That's sad. One of my sisters works for a drive to your house hospice care. She said it sucks watching them getting ready to pass over. But unfortunately its going to happen to us all. Bomber is the 1800 string right? He had some strong countries.

dan is 64 just retired last year to. he aint gone yet though, hes a tough one that man is..

Bonnie found somebody to come help with him! He's going home in 2 weeks :)
