Problem with the game... you can make a big grab and then be put in 100000 DR and when people hit you back they don't get anythnig :(

Better yet. DR is ignored on 1 attack if the person being attacked had previously attacked the one doing the attacking. Seems to me that would preserve the function of DR while getting rid of MOST ways of abusing it.

The 72 hour fall off time for heavy DR should NOT apply to express. It's freakin' ridiculous. It should be like 18-24 hours tops.

In a 2 month set, 72 hours accounts for 5% of game time if you are smashed to pieces. If you carried the same percentage over to Express, it would mean just 6 hours before coming out of it. Of course this is a special server which requires special rules but having a country's land protected for 60% of the set is completely absurd, especially when players can knowingly abuse this (even if the perpetrator was not colluding with the victim in any way shape or form.)

Needs patching urgently.

Correct me if I'm mistaken.

And solutions such as this have been pitched by the mods themselves, but never implemented

So for now the mods are just deleting people who abuse DR. But I'm not sure if this qualifies. I think for Warster it might and for tella it might now. :S

Slow playing isn't working this week techs still at a crazy price.

I brought the DR abuse to warster when mr.ed did it to me two weeks ago and he said it not against the rules if uncoordinated.

This issue has been brought up Lots to no avail

that's silly though, it means as long as someone is in DR they can abuse the mechanic like nuts, go 100% jets, and ruin dozens of people's rounds

apparently this type of DR use is ok by the playing group

- now remember this message came to me after we all had a lovely agruement on the forum about DR and most of you told me i was wrong as i believe it should be deleted.

Happened to me last set, dude I didn't hit missile dumped, ABd, self deleted. Sucks when there is no opportunity for a counterpunch. Gotta join GDI on this server, then they can't do it.
