Are there different rules in Team for this?

Him/Her: 5mill NW

I've received a barrage of missiles 12 hours ago from this country (warranted - I did farm this country earlier in the set) though I cannot declare war due to humanitarians. I'm only seeing this on the rules page:

Humanitarians
Humanitarians protest if a country attempts to attack another country which is 12 times bigger or smaller than it.

I am 3.2M NW and I cannot even dec war on a 6.5M NW country. My missile lay idle.

End of set humanitarian rules.

The limit slowly changes till it is impossible to hit anyone in the last hour.

I can understand it to prevent unprovoked suiciders, though it doesn't make sense applying it to people who have been hitting each other.

During the last 30 turns of a reset, the humanitarians range will tighten with ((turnsleft/31.7)^2+1.05) with a minimum of the range; (ie GDI, team)


so when you get last turn of set you can't hit other players than those who have basically same nw than you have.

So, we can't do last hour kill runs? That sucks.

you can do but you won't get a kill (in alliance and ffa its possible (more countries in tag so more hitters with various nws) although bit unlikely but not in team) or that many hits either (if you have alot techs you simply can't drop nw enuf).

There should be a retal window exemption, but I'm wasting my breath saying it here.

you are wasting your breath about it everywhere. while its nice idea it won't get added and how to make it feasible on soloservers where player him/herself decides when to retal.
