$80 dollar oil is a good base to work from.
At $80/barrel your total cost to add the units to your private market is $3200 per 40 barrels ($80 * 40). Since you have a fixed output (30 troops, 25 jets, 25 turrets and 10 tanks, or 90 units) you can calculate your additional cost per unit at 35.55557..or $36/unit. The starting formula is: ($Price_Of_Oil * 40)/90:
So, at $80/barrel if you were to buy your troops off the private market with no military tech after by using your oil, you would be spending $180 per troop ($144+$36).
There's no fixed way after the initial formula, so you have to work from there. You need to factor in current bushels rates and see if it makes sense to stockpile/spend oil instead. There's a lot of comparing to do at this point; with your own private market, how cheap food is at the time, public military prices, etc. but that should get you started.
It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
