Just wanted to raise some awareness for some mafia games. We have been playing mafia for many many years on Boxcar with a good group of people! With people having busier schedules, we have had a slight decline in some membership! Wanted to reach out here to see if there was anyone else interested in playing with us! As of now we usually have a solid 15 players give or take a few from time to time. It's a great game of logic and lies :P

That is a quick very basic tutorial of the game.
If anyone is interested, let us know! I am no guru to the boxcar admin shenanigans but there are plenty of people that are that can make it work ;)

Next planned atm is beginning of the New Year and Bater is running a WWF? or wrestling themed game. I am no fan by any means but the games are good fun! I know there a quite a few people planning on running games right after or soon after! We typically keep 2 games running at one time. Come join us :)

If you are interested in a faster timed game, there is an IRC version in #werewolf. You need a minimum of 5 people to play and each game takes about 20 minutes. There are various different themes, and more themes can be added easily.

If there is interest, I can probably do some more work, if needed, to set a db and get some stats for it too.

If you want to join, you guys should ask Detmer/kanga/Marshal/Garry to help you.
If you are not a member of alliances that have boxcar as their main site, you need an account on boxcar, in order to play.

After you make an account, it simplifies.

If you are interested, yes, please let us know if you already have an account in boxcar and need/want the mafia board shared and where... or if you would like to sign up for one. There are mafia specific "alliances" out there.

You can also apply to the Rage boxcar site sinve we only use it as backup and for mafia we can set you up with mafia specific perms if need be
